- I downloaded the Sportster updated mdmusrsp.inf dated 12/04/95 from
- USR's web site a couple of weeks ago, for my Sportster 28.8 V.34 on my
- Win95 system. I renamed the old *.inf file in my windows\inf directory
- and placed the new file in there. When I tried to redetect my modem,
- it wouldn't do it, and locked up the system. When I rebooted, it tried
- to auto detect the new hardware and locked up again.
-
- I reinstalled the old driver and it redetected OK. I send a message to
- support@usr.com, and got some stupid automated reply back. Did I do
- something wrong, or is it corrupted?
-
- Any information would be appreciated!
